• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Posting: Fence Helper

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fence Helper to assist our team in installing high-quality fences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow directions from the foreman accurately
• Carry and transport materials to fence lines
• Assist with setting up and breaking down job sites
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat

Requirements:

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in construction or fencing is a plus
